BBG: el nuevo método para bajar de peso que arrasa en redes sociales

Mientras más alternativas existan para bajar de peso, más posibilidades se abren para alcanzar “el cuerpo ideal”. Es por ello que la australiana Kayla Itsines, creó un entrenamiento que promete notables resultados en sólo 12 semanas.

Con sólo 23 años, la entrenadora logró llamar la atención en redes sociales con su efectivo método: Bikini Body Guide, el que consiste en una dieta acompañada de un programa constituido por tres circuitos, uno para piernas, otro para brazos y otro de abdomen, según contó el sitio Guioteca.

Cada uno de los circuitos está compuesto de cuatro ejercicios, los que deben repetirse durante 7 minutos. Se deben reiterar dos veces sumando un total de 28 minutos(7 minutos x 4 circuitos). Estos además necesitan de pesas y planchas para ser ejecutados.

El programa que dura 12 semanas, además incluye una dieta especial para quienes son vegetarianos. En relación a los ejercicios, incluyen flexiones, burpees, abdominales y otros.

Respecto a su éxito, Kayla contó al portal de Vogue España su “programa ha recibido tanto feedback positivo porque los resultados son de mujeres reales que han sido capaces de mantener una rutina consistente”. Así lo han demostrado decenas de mujeres que han compartido sus fotografías en instagram, agradeciendo la idea de la joven.

Week 9 ROUND 2 Progress!! @ahealthyguide has been doing my guides for 21 weeks now and check out how lean and strong she is getting! You have to check out her profile and look at her side progress !! It's awesome aswell I had a girl come up to me and start talking to me about Instagram and how she loves the community that I have built. She said that she loves how everyone is tagged in the caption, so that the public can view that persons profile and see that they are a real person. @melissa_clementine is part of my #bbgmums … 7 days ago she lost her husband in a car accident, leaving her with two beautiful girls to raise by herself.
